It was a great and exciting pleasure to finally cut the ribbon to the Global Academic Foundation(GAF), the University of Hertfordshire’s Egypt Campus.
Today we celebrated with students, professors and esteemed guests at the opening and inauguration of GAF.
With us to celebrate was H.E. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research in Egypt, who helped cut the ribbon alongside David Bearn, GAF President and Vice Chancellor.
Our first group of students joined us for a quick meet and greet as Mr.Bearn and Dr.Abdel Ghaffar played a quick game of ping pong.
Our young mass communications students were even more excited than we were at the chance to interview the two, already learning that practice really makes perfect.
As we prepare for 2020 and the challenges to come, we are thrilled to welcome young students who are motivated and enthusiastic to learn through hands-on experience to earn their degrees straight from the UK.
