Mr. Hesham Sakr has more than 20 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology across diverse lines of business, namely, training, medical care, travel, telecoms, trade, logistics, transport, IT services, software development and higher education with focus on IT Infrastructure, security, ERP, CMS, SIS, MIS, Disaster Recovery and IT Policies. Throughout his career he has played multiple managerial and consultative roles in Egypt and Zambia. His roles mainly revolved around building up and managing IT environments as well as strategizing the alignment between information technology and current/future business requirements.

He holds multiple industry certifications from Microsoft (MCP,MCSA,MCSE,MCT), Cisco (CCNA),ISACA Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT 5) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF 9).

Mr. Hesham Sakr has a BSc. Of Economics & Social Sciences Computing from Cairo University in Egypt, MSc. In Business Information Technology from Middlesex University in UK, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Diploma of Business Management from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Germany.
