UH-GAF Launches Rising Herts 2.0: Nurturing Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The University of Hertfordshire, hosted by Global Academic Foundation (UH-GAF), has once again taken the lead in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and innovation with the launch of Rising Herts 2.0, an impactful entrepreneurship program that continues to inspire and guide the next generation of business leaders in collaboration with Gemini Africa. Rising Herts, UH-GAF's distinguished entrepreneurship program, has been a beacon for aspiring entrepreneurs, providing a platform where creativity, innovation, and success converge. This year marks the second installment, Rising Herts 2.0, building upon the success of its predecessor and introducing exciting new elements to further enrich the entrepreneurial journey.

One of the key highlights of Rising Herts 2.0 is the lineup of distinguished speakers who share their insights and success stories. The first three sessions featured remarkable individuals who have made a significant impact in their respective industries. Hilda Louca, the founder and CEO of Mitcha, an online fashion retail platform, inspired attendees with her journey in the e-commerce landscape. Mohamed Sekkina, the visionary behind Talabat Mart, shared valuable lessons from the world of online food delivery. Dr. Doaa Aref, CEO of Chefaa, Egypt's pioneering pharmacy retail app, and Ahmed Adel, founder and CEO of CardoO, Egypt's first tech manufacturer, rounded out the diverse set of perspectives, offering a wealth of knowledge to the Rising Herts participants.

This year, Rising Herts has expanded its horizons by introducing two new tracks, catering to the evolving landscape of entrepreneurship.
